Hi People For a small fee, I can also put your face or your enemy's face on somebody else's body in a photo.  This is called Photoshop. For a bigger fee, I can put your face on somebody else's body in a video. They do it for movies all the time. This is called 3D matching. First set up a scene, say, a secret tryst. Hire actors of similar built to the intended target. Shoot the scene in HD. The sharper it is, the easier to match. Can blur later. Create a 3D model of the target's face from pictures of his face downloaded from the internet. Match this to the actor's face and voila! You have your "video evidence". How do you think they are able to do movies like "Avatar" and "The Curious case of Benjamin Button"? Or make talking animals? So video evidence is not so credible anymore. We have reached the stage of "manufactured reality" and it is difficult to separate fact from fiction. So the war is really on the perception front. Now THIS is why you can't believe any pictures you see on the Internet!  The guy who did these pictures did an awesome job!
